Wood Sage or Wood Germander

Teucrium scorodonia from the family Lamiaceae

Wood sage has been used to treat blood disorders, colds and fevers, and as a diuretic. For these uses, it is best prepared as an infusion.

As a wound herb, prepare a poultice of fresh leaves. It will help with infection and inflammation.
